Sometimes you want the security of a buoyancy aid, but can't really carry the bulk. A belt PFD is a great solution: a small pack carried around the waist, that when manually triggered, will inflate into a tube supporting under the arms and around the chest. The airbelt is a small personal flotation device, great for on a SUP or on a small boat. A belt PFD is not a replacement for a life jacket, so ensure you have the right type of buoyancy aid you need.
